High school friends

I was able to catch up with several of my friends from high school on this trip. I always love seeing my friend Sally and her kiddos. Luckily she still lives right down the street from my mom so we can hang out a lot during my visits. Her kids Emma and Logan were so sweet with Brooke. I have never heard her laugh so much. WE enjoyed playing at her house last week. Sally and I keep in touch through e-mail and phone calls, but it doesn't compare to hanging out in person. We looked through a lot of our old high school dance and band photos. Definitely a blast from the past. Some of our fashion choices were more than questionable.
On Saturday night, I met 3 of my high school friends at the Cheesecake factory for dinner. We had a blast! It is so great to see how everyone's lives have changed in 10 years. Bridget is a teacher, she's working on her masters, and she got married about a year ago. Kristin is in nursing school, she has been married 5 years and has a 10 month old baby girl names Raegan. Sally is a teacher, she's been married 8 years and has an almost 5 year old daughter Emma and a 3 year old son Logan. Crazy how much has changed since we were in high school. We were sad that our other pals Jamie and Camille couldn't make it. We decided that another reunion is necessary, but we don't need to wait 10 more years. So great to see you ladies!!!
