Visit from Grams and Papa and Thanksgiving

We decided to put up some of our Christmas decorations to show Grams and Papa. They stayed at our house the weekend before Thanksgiving. We enjoyed watching Aggie football and playing games with them. On the monday before Thanksgiving I accidentally slammed my thumb in the car door. It was a big blood blister. Keith popped it in front of the girls so they would remember to be careful with their fingers around doors. We spent Thanksgiving at Lake Waco again. It was a prefect weather day. I made pies and a new recipe for broccoli rice casserole. The girls had a great time throwing rocks in the water. Grammy came along for her first McSpadden Thanksgiving. She had never eaten deep fried turkey. I was sad that would couldn't stay longer. Maybe next year we will try tent camping.
