More October Happenings.....

We walked to the Vista Ridge Homecoming parade this week. The kids loved seeing the floats and getting all the candy. Tessa has this cool device to help us get her runny nose and boogers out. It is way better than the old squishy bulbs. Annabelle has been filling her backpack so full that she tips over when wearing it. So funny! Brooke was selected to join the math Pentalon at school. She is very excited about her weekly club. These girls love playing with a cardboard box. Drawing and climbing inside will keep them occupied and not fighting for hours.

Jog-A-Thon

Brooke's school held a jog-a-thon to raise money to their campus. The kids were supposed to dress in 80's clothes. Brooke jogged 2 miles in 25 minutes. Her teacher was so sweet to run with the kids too. Tessa and I came to watch and cheer them on. Tessa got her first bottle this week. She had no issues at all. I got masteitis this week. I have never dealt with this during my feeding for Brooke or Annabelle. It was pretty painful but luckily my doctor got medicine for me quickly and it cleared up. Annabelle is queen of the selfies. She loves to take pictures on my phone. She's quiet a hoot in general. Here are pictures of her breast feeding her minion, wearing her smart glasses so she can be in charge and putting on heels/purse at the store. More soccer with Brooke. I'm so excited to be able to walk all 3 girls to Brooke's school again. I had my 6 week checkup and was cleared for all activities.
